At Dale, we knit our garments ‘to fit,’ which means that each piece is knitted to its exact size and form. This results in minimal material waste, which greatly impacts both raw material consumption and transportation.

We only launch one collection per year, and our knitting production is adjusted according to actual demand. In this way, we avoid overproduction.

However, it is inevitable that we are left with some surplus materials. Our skilled colleagues in the sewing room have addressed this. We now produce tote bags, small purses and much more from leftover knitting materials that would otherwise become waste. Since the design is determined by the available surplus material, each piece has a unique appearance.
