The detailed pattern is a mix of several historic Dale patterns. The tubular scarf takes its name from the island of Utsira, located in the North Sea, an hour's boat ride west of  he Norwegian mainland. The small island, with just under 200 permanent residents, has become a mecca for colorful street art fr all over the world.
